Each year a group of amateur British cyclists known as The Fireflies completes an eight-day, 1,000km ride through the French Alps to raise money for leukaemia research, adopting the motto ‘For those who suffer we ride’. This film follows them through breathtaking landscapes, personal perils and struggles with willpower.
