VANMOOF extends its collection with the aesthetically appealing and highly sophisticated VANMOOF No 5. No fiddling around with locks, dynamos or lights… everything is wireless and/or built-in. Minimalism to an extreme! It makes riding a bike effortless. As for those unnecessary extras that make bikes so expensive and complex nowadays… they’ve simply done away with them!

INGENIOUS FEATURES
The VANMOOF No 5 has a cylinder lock housing that has been ingeniously incorporated into its frame.
The 8mm (0,32”) hardened-steel chain can be partially extracted to wrap around a solid object, or
through its own front wheel, before insertion back into its frame. And it’s not just any old lock… no! It’s capable of withstanding a weight of 1000 kg (2200 lbs). It’s virtually indestructible! You simply insert the key into the frame itself and your bike’s safe and secure. The patented system has been designed in partnership with prestigious German lock specialist ABUS. VANMOOF No 5 has been awarded with several prizes among which the prestigious EUROBIKE and BikeExpo awards.

USER-CENTRED DESIGN
The minimalist and functional VANMOOF smart bike was designed together with the consumer. The result is a revolutionary designed aluminium machine with classic features. The aluminium bike looks simplistic but has been fitted with in-built features such as solar-powered LED lights with USB charging ports for those who live in perpetual darkness. An in-built, patented seatpostclamp creates an even cleaner-cut design. The bike, retail only £530, has a leather Brooks saddle, a back-pedal brake, and is made from ultra-lightweight, corrosion-resistant materials. In short… the ideal bike to ride the urban jungle!
