This past Sunday, 5 September Velorution was at the London Sky Ride with the  Danish Embassy, our line of children’s bikes, and our famous Christianias.

Like the previous collaboration with the Danish Embassy at Smithfield, this Children’s cycling workshop was again a huge success! The Danish Embassy brought with them the strength of Danish cycling skills, cycling games, and gifted cyclist instructors (Denmark being a country where most kids learn to cycle almost as soon as they learn to walk).  Not only were participating kids greatly enthused by the cycling games and challenges offered by the enthusiastic instructors, but they were happily rewarded with goody bags kindly donated for the event by our local restaurant and food shop of choice: The Scandinavian Kitchen. Kids were able to trial bikes provided by Velorution and often discovered, to their happy surprise, a cycling ability they didn’t even know they have.

All in all, it was a very successful and pleasant day for everyone!
