Postage of all the products, excluding bicycles, to the UK is free of charge.

For airmail (Insured up to £48, not tracked) our European postage rates are:
0.5 kg = £4,
1Kg = £7,
1.5 Kg =  £10,
2Kg = £13
10Kg = £50.00

For airmail (Insured up to £48, not tracked) our Worldwide  postage rates are:
0.5 kg = £7 ,
1Kg = £13,
1.5 Kg =  £18,
2Kg = £23,
10Kg = Via international courier,price varies by destination.
These services are only covered for loss or damage up to £48, If you would like us to send anything fully insured please contact the store after ordering and we can find out how much it will be.

All postage will be assessed on order and a refund will be issued if the cost determined is less than the standard rate.

Be sure to choose a country from the drop down box as well as filling in the delivery address or the shipping will not be applied to your order.

Packages over 60 cm long or with  combined dimensions of over 90cm, eg: 50cm x 50cm x 20cm, can not be sent through regular channels and will be sent via courier, Prices for this may be more expensive, please contact the store to check before ordering if the items you require are likely to be large larger than this (eg: Child seats and some large bags).

Shipping of bicycles is subject to a shipping cost adjustment and we recommend customers email us at info@velorution.biz before ordering to confirm the shipping costs for their location.

The standard  delivery costs to the UK do not exceed £60 for a tricycle and £40 for a bicycle.

All deliveries are posted as soon as possible and on confirmation of payment.

In the unlikely event that we don’t have the goods you request in stock, we will inform you within 24 hours. At this point you will be given the option to allow us to place those goods on back-order for a preset amount of time, or to cancel the order and obtain refund. Should we fail to source your requested goods within the allocated period we will again contact you with the option to cancel. Any payments revived by you will be refunded.
