Returns

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of goods made to your specification, clearly personalised). You can either email or telephone us. If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your goods, though your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted. Please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods or post them back to us; in the meantime you must take reasonable care of them. There may be an administrative charge to cover credit card costs.

Before returning anything to us, for whatever reason, please ensure that you have informed us of that return. This should be done by telephone or email. If we have sent you the wrong item we will be happy to correct our mistake and meet the costs for returning the item; however goods returned unwanted or incorrectly ordered by you are not subject to carriage refunds.

If you are returning goods which you feel are faulty and are claiming under warranty, these must first be returned to us for inspection, and if we concur that a genuine fault covered under the product warranty, or our own retailer warranty exists, the goods will be repaired or replaced* free of charge and your postage costs refunded. If the goods are deemed to not be covered by any warranties they will be returned to you upon payment of return postage.
