Orders can be placed online or over the phone, by calling our store. Of course, we also welcome you to stop by our London shop and try out any of our bikes in person.

All orders need to be paid for in British Pounds. Items priced in Euros will be converted to their price in pounds, which will be the price sent to the buyer at the time of confirmation by email.

Order Confirmations:

All order confirmations will be sent to buyers as promptly as possible, once payment of the initial deposit has cleared.

Velorution accepts most major credit cards for all transactions. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked for accuracy, and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be inaccurate so that we may receive and process the order correctly.
