The Birdy City Premium has all the same great qualities as the Birdy City, but is fitted with the high quality Shimano Nexus Premium hub gear. This hub runs with very low friction thanks to upgraded bearings, and is noticeably lighter. The Premium hub is only available in a freewheel version, and is marked by the red band on the hub body.
