The European award winning team that produced one of the finest mountain bikes ranges in the UK, Saracen, subsequently sold to Madison, have launched an exciting range of electric bikes. based on the Tranzx motor and electronics module these bikes all have  T6 high grade aluminium frames and the more advanced lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries to keep down weight and let you fully charge from flat in only 5-6 hours.

The first three models are:

The Eagle:
A head turning e-bike that also has cutting edge technology and great finishing that give superb range and a great ride. This uses the TMM4 intelligent  torque sensors to match your input and control the power to give 44-50 miles range in eco mode. You also have 2 other power settings and a  turbo button if you want to get more power out of the 36v 10 amp hour (A.H.) battery pack.
Tektro disc brakes and  Shimano gears make this their top of the range bike.

The Urban Commuter UCL:30
This is a  bike that offers great value for money for commuters or leisure cyclists. Fitted with front fork suspension , a 3 speed Shimano hub, and V brakes  for a comfortable ride and low maintanance.
The power comes from a TRANSX  Brushless  front hub motor controlled by a RPM sensor with 3 powermodes to give a sm0oth take up, the 24v 8 A.H. battery should give you 19-22 miles in eco mode

The Urban Commuter:UCL:60
This higher spec version of the Urban Commuter is the choice for serious journeys, with more gears , better battery and a custom headstock front suspension system this will get you in to the office even from distant suburbs . This has the same Intelligent sensors as the Eagle  and a 24v 10A.H battery to give a 31 to 38 mile range in eco mode.
