On Sunday the Tour of Britain ended with a circuit stage in Central London. We were contracted by Transport for London to distribute cycling promotion leaflets. TfL holds the view that hosting premier cycling events in London will promote utility cycling in the capital; that is why they are aggressively bidding to host the opening stages of the 2007 Tour de France.
