BACKGROUND At it’s debut in 1992, the Pashley Moulton APB brought the Alex Moulton space-frame design within the reach of the cycling masses. At a fraction of the cost of its Bradford-on-Avon built stable-mates, the APB closely resembled the AM-ATB, with a separable frame and 20″ wheels.
